Reign Chapter 2 bonus by TeamHeartGold Reign Chapter 2 bonus by TeamHeartGold

Ghetsis! How dare you be old, male, and require formal attire! Those are three of my mortal drawing weaknesses in one person! Now I know why the world believes you to be eeeeeevvvvviiiiiilllll.

But in spite of his evilness, N is his offspring and I love drawing N's hair, so I can pardon Ghetsis' crimes against my tablet pen. Even though he's producing cliffhangers. :)

I purposely kept Zekrom's silhouette sketchy in this bonus. I don't intend to draw it fully in the near future at all, so it's design is still in the works. So you get Sketrom instead--brick'd.

Nuzlocke Rules:
1) If a Pokemon faints, it's dead. Release or permanently box it.
2) Every Pokemon must be named.
3) Only the first Pokemon on each Route may be caught.
3a) No duplicates, including evolutionary forms
3b) Event based Pokemon, such as in-game eggs or legendaries, are exempt from this rule.
4) Only Moo-Moo milks can be bought. Everything else (including Pokeballs) must be found.

i love the concept of Pokemon not understanding lies. really cool.

Thanks! I found that although many Black/White comics go into the idea of humans understanding Pokemon in detail, there really aren't any comics that explain it the other way around. If you really think about it, just because someone speaks your native language it doesn't mean you understand theirs. XD

Those are my drawing weaknesses, too...

You know what. I love your Nuzlocke xD It has great art, complex plot, but most of all... It's such a mindf**ck xD I'm trying to figure out some things but I keep getting confused xD For example, I'm thinking what's the deal with N and king Harmonia. You've said that they are separate people - sons of two sisters, different eye colors etc. BUUUUT N has that scar while the King was the one who was shot!! Also, in this strip Ghetsis calls N "Natural"... BUT THAT'S THE KING'S NAME! This one is Nathan, right? RIGHT?? It's so confusing xD... Maybe they switch places to keep the King safer or something? Or maybe Ghetsis is just delusional? xD Haha I'll try to come up with some better explanations later :meow: Meanwhile, keep up the awesome work!

Ghetsis: I have too many sons. YOU WILL BOTH BE CALLED NATURAL FROM NOW ON.

And I never said how N got that scar, did I? Nor why White didn't shoot King Harmonia in the head instead of the heart. Or why--/brick'd before spoils

I am very, very happy with this comment. I love that you're thinking about the plot, and that you've noticed all the differences and similarities between (N)athan and his half-brother. From what I've given you now, you won't be able to figure it out. Unless you can predict the future. -squints-

But I would love to hear any and all speculation! Thank you for an awesome comment!

Yeah, that's exactly what dawned on me upon waking up today (I have a life, I promise! :P) That both scars are from different events, and you gave N one too just to mess with us ;D (well, maybe not JUST for that reason) Yeah, and I also thought that we still have too little information now, so I'll look forward for MOAR!!

Haha, I'm glad I made you happy with my comment. I like to sometimes think about other people's characters to take my mind off things :)

SOO another thing to think about: why does White look like Touko? Maybe she's a Ditto? :XD:

Caitlin proposed an idea about why White looks like Touko in the last update. And I have confirmed (through streams and such) that White dyes her hair and styles it differently than what her normal appearance is.

And I think about other people's characters all the time! I don't know if you've read In Black and White by Wasserbienchen (and you totally should!), but I obsess over what her characters are going to do next. I understand the feeling about crazy Nuzlocke plots!

Dittos are too mainstream. They're in Unova, so White must be... A ZORUA! -le gasp-

Yep, I know (and LOVE!) IBAW, actually I think I found you through *Wasserbienchen's page...

Yeah, I would be totally ok with the Zorua thing. Zoruas are so cute <3 But I guess it's not so simple...

Wait... I reread some past pages and realized that, in N's dream, his own mother also called him "Natural" at one point... I wonder if she really called him that when she was alive or if that's because of the dream... Hm.

Touko can't speak to Tidus. But Tidus can understand her a little bit. Touya has presumably told Tidus a lot… Tidus… does she understand the concept of a lie? Mayhaps… WAS she told that Touya was killed by Plasma? What was N shown? I believe it could be something, some evidence that Black was Touya… Black… he must have worn some kind of disguise, no? Or even if he didn't, he must have… I dunno, DONE something. *ponders*
And if Zekrom doesn't understand the concept of a lie…

I CAN'T FIGURE ANYTHING OUT! *rageflips tables*

Ghetsis was showing N Touya's obituary. Which is the newspaper clipping (which I was too lazy to draw) stating date/cause of death and such. Which happened to fall around November. Which happened to be a significant month for the two ladies in the background painting.

As for the Pokemon speaking thing, you also have to account that what N said is based on his understanding... but is also pretty much true. However, N doesn't account for the relativity of truth. He underestimates a Pokemon's ability to determine for itself what it knows to be true. While Pokemon do not understand the concepts of lies, they are aware that different people (humans and Pokemon alike) have different opinions and feelings. N, who understands Pokemon mainly literally, misses out on the complicated structure of basic communication between them.

However, as he points out, someone who talks to Pokemon must be able to communicate like they do. And while our PokeSpeak monkey is currently 6 feet under, we do know three characters who were widely exposed to that gift... (trails off)

Now I'm commenting on your comment about my own comments. I think I need to stop. XD

Thanks for the comments in spite of your busy work schedule. Keep up all that hard work Wass. Your Uni will be lucky to have you!
