Reign Chapter 2.3

Chapter 2.3: The return of Sketchrom! Oh, and White says some stuff. Probably not important.

The reason this update took longer than the first three is simple: I originally had a completely different page planned. I was almost entirely done with this first page before I realized that it added nothing to the comic that did not pop up later in the chapter, so I scrapped it. It took me a while to figure out what to do to replace the page.

So now we have White's declaration of WAAARRRR (part one).

The decision to scrap my original page for chapter 2.3 will be discussed in the next Reign Issues: Pacing page, which will come out probably some time tomorrow. But for now, let's all enjoy watching that stupid, stupid building buurrrrnnnnnnnnnn.

(I also kept the same panels from the very first run through of Reign! I just redrew them and altered White's speech a bit. Yay improvement!)

Nuzlocke Rules:
1) If a Pokemon faints, it's dead. Release or permanently box it.
2) Every Pokemon must be named.
3) Only the first Pokemon on each Route may be caught.
3a) No duplicates, including evolutionary forms
3b) Event based Pokemon, such as in-game gifts or legendaries, are exempt from this rule.
4) Only Moo-Moo milks can be bought. Everything else (including Pokeballs) must be found.
